In an effort to ensure that HUSD complies with all Human Resources policies and financial
audit guidelines, District management is required to complete and file documentation
before authorizing any additional work to be performed, including:
- Extra duty assignments (such as before and after school tutoring and/or coaching)
- Temporary work
- Staff overtime (including any hours beyond an employee's contract that do not incur an overtime pay rate)
The new Request for Personnel Action Form must be completed and pre-approved prior to an employee's first date of service/additional work. After all signatures have been obtained, the completed form should be submitted to Linda Wood in the District Office.
